As Founder and President of INJ Solutions, Nathan is the catalyst behind the company's purpose: Providing solutions for Insurance needs through trust building and cultivating enduring relationships.

Entrepreneurship is all Nathan has ever known and where his passion lies. As a business owner his entire professional life, he’s learned invaluable lessons and insight into what makes a business prosperous.  After applying what he learned early in his career, Nathan successfully grew, marketed and sold his first company to a national provider. With the sale, Nathan’s new found career freedom allowed him to really find what he’s passionate about – people. Whether it’s hanging out with his family or traveling to the numerous events his kids are involved in, coaching, leading youth group at his church or simply relaxing with friends, Nathan enjoys relationships with people.

With his passion for relationships in mind Nathan formed INJ Solutions. He simply wanted to help people. Insurance can be difficult to navigate and understand leading to frustration and sometimes poor decisions. At INJ our goal is to help clients comprehend the complex world of insurance policies and coverage options. How do we do that? We listen to our clients, we learn about our clients, we form a relationship built on trust with the understanding that INJ wants what’s best for our clients, not what’s best for the insurance company.
